Dining

The Hedges offers a wide variety of meals prepared and served by our friendly staff.  Gather in the Benton Dining Room and let our chefs and their staff pamper you with their culinary creations.

A made-to-order breakfast (served with Adirondack maple syrup!) and a four-course dinner plus an evening snack are included in your daily room rate. Picnic lunches ($20.00 per person for lunches ordered the prior day) and alcoholic beverages can be purchased. Our pastry chef can make special occasion cakes for an additional charge, too.

The Hedges creates a daily menu making every effort to have gluten free (GF) and dairy free (DF) options available and listed as such on the menu. Every meal has a vegetarian option for at least one of the entrees. Special requests made in advance by email or phone can usually be honored. The Request a Reservation online form and pdf form have a place for special requests, too.

If you are not staying at The Hedges, we can offer limited advance reservations for breakfast ($21.00 adults, $10.00 children) or dinner ($46.00 adults, $13.00 children). Call 518-352-7325 or email reservations@thehedges.com in advance to check availability and to make reservations. The Hedges is a smoke-free property.
